What are the differences between ABS plastic particles and PP plastics
Although plastics are common, there are many kinds of plastics, including ABS plastic particles and PP plastics. What are the differences between the two?
ABS plastic name: acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer
ABS plastic products can be colored and have high gloss. Low water absorption and good adhesion with other materials. The burning flame is yellow, with black smoke and special cinnamon flavor.
ABS has excellent mechanical properties and excellent impact strength. It can also be used at very low temperatures. Excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability and oil resistance. The bending strength and compressive strength of ABS are poor.
ABS has good electrical insulation and is not affected by temperature and humidity. It can be used in most environments.
PP plastic name: Polypropylene
The crystalline material is small in wettability, prone to melt fracture, and easy to decompose in long-term contact with hot metal.
Good fluidity, but large shrinkage range and value, easy to deform.
